Modulo teaming with IBM Global Services for GRC & Security & Privacy Engagements
Modulo Security LLC, the worldwide technology and market leader in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), is teaming with IBM Global Services, the world’s largest technology services and consulting provider, to provide the Risk Manager product for multiple types of Governance, GRC, and Security and Privacy consulting engagements. Under the terms of the agreement, IBM Global Business Services and Internet Security Systems (ISS) consultants will provide governance, risk and compliance assessments to clients using the Risk Manager software to capture an agreed upon enterprise control framework, compliment IT Governance practices in measuring and managing risks, and establish risk mitigation plans.
The consultants will leverage Modulo’s MetaFramework™ that integrates multiple standards and regulations such as ISO, CobiT, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, BITS SIG and FFIEC into a single tool. Combining IBM's depth of knowledge in IT governance, security and privacy with Modulo Risk Manager’s best-of-breed capabilities can provide clients business-aligned IT risk management, sustainable measurement reporting, and action plans to mitigate risks. Additionally, IBM GBS consultants are using the tool internally for world-wide measurement and reporting of foundational Data Privacy and Security controls. IBM has been using the Risk Manager software on selected client engagements for more than two years.
