Under the terms of the agreement, IBM Global Business Services and  Internet Security Systems (ISS) consultants will provide governance, risk and compliance assessments to clients using the Risk Manager software to capture an agreed upon enterprise control framework, compliment IT Governance practices in measuring and managing risks, and establish risk mitigation plans.
