Adds to surge of recognition for the next-generation Modulo Risk Manager NG platform in 2011
Atlanta, GA — December 1, 2011 — Modulo, a leading provider of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, announced today that it was named a “Leader“ in the December 1, 2011 report, "The Forrester Wave™: IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platforms, Q4 2011.” Modulo was one of eight top vendors that Forrester invited to participate in this rigorous evaluation to assess the state of the market.
Forrester Research, Inc. developed a comprehensive set of 59 criteria grouped into three high-level categories: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence. In addition to being named a “Leader,” Modulo was ranked:
• One of the top three scores in the “Strategy” and “Market Presence” categories
• The only vendor to score a 5.0 for “customer references”
• The second highest score for “support for enterprise risk and compliance” - identified by Forrester as an area in which they continue to “field inquiries from organizations interested in adopting a single GRC platform to manage risk and compliance efforts related to IT and enterprise domains”
The Forrester report states that customer successes are making a powerful case for broader IT GRC adoption. Its author, analyst Chris McClean, writes that “even as concerns grow over mounting regulations, cyberwarfare, privacy, and fraud, it will be these customer case success stories as much as anything else that will pave the way for the market to reach it potential.”
The report goes on to state that “Modulo boasts our evaluation’s most satisfied customer references” and “Modulo has more than 25 years of experience in offering information risk and compliance services, and it has successfully translated this content knowledge into a competitive IT GRC platform.”
