Compensation:  Base salary + commission 


Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Market Development and working closely with the sales team, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is expected to prospect and develop new sales opportunities and produce qualified leads for the sales team to pursue.  This is a lead generation position with the vast majority of business being conducted via phone, online, and email.  The ISR will be expected to work full time from the Atlanta office.  


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

• Experience generating sales leads for software companies

• Minimum 1 year with proven experience selling software solutions

• Verifiable track record of inside sales performance that consistently exceeds sales quotas (W-2 verification required)

• CRM application experience with salesforce.com mandatory

• Sales methodology experience required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Energetic, personable, ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills for all levels (executive, management, and operational),

        o Able to clearly present information through the verbal or written means;

        o Read and interpret complex information;

        o Probe customers to uncover hidden information;

        o Able to convince others in both positive or negative circumstances;

        o Use tact when expressing ideas or opinions;

        o Present new ideas to decision makers;

        o Adapt approach to suit a particular audience; respond to objections successfully.

 

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of lead generation goals

• Proactively work the NA territory by qualifying, prospecting and identifying new business for execution by the field sales managers

• Identify and contact key contacts within accounts and engage by qualifying and following up with additional information

• Document account history, opportunity details and requirement in Salesforce.com database.

• Conduct cold calls (80-100) with prospects and qualify account opportunities

• Identify and create business needs with senior executive decision makers

• Create and communicate the value of Modulo solutions with prospects and clients

• Build relationships within organizations

• Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate new, targeted accounts

• Transform leads into productive business outcomes

• Undertake additional responsibilities within the sales and marketing team, and respond to situations as they arise without supervision

• Communicate the high value of our solutions over the competition

• Determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way

• Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall team’s success
